Our policy lasts 04 days after receiving. If 04 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
And to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it because if it’s not in a same condition we unable to help you out. It must also be in the original packaging.
